Not every possible case will be covered: some questions, such as capital management, news search or insider search, you will need to work on independently.

Management team

• Who are they? How many years have they been at the company?
• Current capital management (we covered this in Capital Management Analysis)
• Meeting targets: we look for the team to be conservative in their estimates; if they miss, the market will punish them.
• Salaries, stock-based pay and incentives
• How many shares in the company do they own?
• Have they sold or bought shares recently?
• Look for any news related to the management team

Insiders

People who are directly linked to the company and are part of the management team or have access to inside information.

• Who are they?
• Do they have power or influence over the management team? Do they hold any role in the company?
• How many shares in the company do they own? Have they sold or bought shares recently?
